Twice a year we arrange 4WD Adventure competition at our track. We welcome veteran and novice riders alike. It includes several events, and prizes. All of you have a chance to participating, sponsoring, and watching those events.
It is our policy to allow you to get down from the safari jeeps or bikes as there are no much danger creatures on the site. You can enjoy the nature at your most, then no a one reason to interrupt you. There is a waterfall at the mid of the site, which is known among people of near villages as it was utilized by the King Sri WickramaRaja Singha for bathing several times when he was hid at the stone cave that located in the site to safeguard himself from his enemies.
You can see the waterfall within whole year and stone cave for shelter at your visit to the site.

There are some certain places of the water bodies that fit for fish therapy. In this modern world this is happening in water tanks made by man with cement, glasses, water, and fishes. So, that methods are heavily criticized regarding high potential of spreading other ailments rather curing skin diseases the patient has.
Places we offer are banks of the stream which is constantly flowing and generating fish community at its own culture. So, belief of curing is highly settled. Number of Fish attendants is rather huge, minimizing capabilities of other ailments.
TreeHouse is a valley, where it is lower part is 500m high, and higher part is about 1200m high at mean sea level. Several points, which offer climbing adventures is available and on the other hand, hiking is available. Its lower side is less populated villages, and some time they occupied with paddy, spices and vegetable crop-yards, and upper part is covered with montane trees.
. If you want a guide or a cook or guide cum a cook is available at your request. But risks of climbing or hiking are not to take lightly. Be well equipped while hiking. We have first aids, but do not rely on either. if you are novices, it is your duty to get assistant from a master. Consider the yard is always mist-laden.
A considerable bathing points are available discrete locations of the site, those are made by nature interrupting streaming of Heel-Oya with bunches of stone works. It is a nice collection of water pools, which are always purified by nature. One of those garlanded with a beautiful waterfall called VishediElla.
We hope your exploration will split into few parts and you need to prepare meals for breaks. So, we do help you to prepare them with a support of a cook. You can set up your menu and just forget it and the meal you have ordered will get up your spot at the proper time.
Bed Tea, Breakfast, mid-dayrefreshments and lunch, afternoon Ginger tea and even the dinner also can have prepared with the help of a cook who has assigned to your group by us. The first lunch will be available at free at the site auditorium as a buffet.

One of most calm surrounding to entertain camping is the TreeHouse of the Knuckles range. We offer 6-hour journey within the site and this can be lengthenedup to 2 days (one night) of animal watching, BBQ, or gathering for business purposes, or multipurpose of these and those. Free entertainment is allowed, then not spreading litters here and there.
You can attainmanmade wooden cottages (02) or a nature made stone cave for shelter, also, portable tents are too provided. There are 10 campsites identified so far, so we serve FIFS basis.
One can extend the thrill by expanding the journey to nearby scenic centers of Knuckles and outside of TreeHouse seeing them (about 35 centers are there). We can drop you there and bring back and if you need expert travel insights, we can provide with you a tracker.
Thousand words cannot tell what a single photograph says, likewise thousand photos cannot tell one seeing does. So, seeing TreeHouse’s beauty is unparalleled. Our 4WD vehicles and 2WD bikes bring you throughout the site, where only roads are driven.
During your safari you can enjoy all the features we provide with you; no time limits have been set. Binoculars and cameras are permitted, but no rigid set of rules are in force than we appreciated your freedom. Samples or parts of natural valuables cannot collect with you anyhow. A guiding handout of a list of inherited flora and fauna is available at your check in.
This evergreen valley is filled with diverse collection of trees, shrubs, small plants, and creepers. And a good flock of animals; primates, birds, amphibians, reptiles, and insects. A photogenic bio-yard has about 10 natural swimming pools. A wider collection of fish species and ultra-pure water-mass.
On the site there are two matured Banyan trees, which are called Wish Trees, since through a long history. One of two is a Good Wish Tree and it seems every person who visit there have a coin get knotted with a good wish in the heart. Second time they visit there to prove their hearts as the wishes become true.
On the other hand, they cut a coin at the next Banyan wishing a bad to their enemies and throw the parts of coin in to the jungle. They never come to prove it, yet they know that they themselves owe respect to the Banyan. Most of wishes they are knotting is for marriages or child births.
This is another inherited feature to TreeHouse, which is consisted with a vast number of natural, but innocent species. With 60 butterflies, 15 fresh water fishes, 20 amphibians, 28 birds, 31 mammal species and respectively, 5, 15, 12, 17 and 4 species are endemic to Sri Lanka. To keep the calm surrounding they needed, we control number of people from entering.
